We have a single room to rent in Avondale (x 2 or x 3 to rent usually). A single is $300 - $440 pw. Some rooms dble so $450 - $640 pw. This rent includes furniture, small fridge, electricity, water, phone and internet. We do not supply sheets or duvets or pillows.

There are four bathrooms (male and female). Cleaner for common areas and bathrooms. Pay two weeks rent plus one week bond to move in (e.g. if $400 pw then $1200 incl GST). House / hostel has a total of 26 rooms with others rented already to quiet working people or people seeking work, aged 20 - 50, both females and males. We are WINZ registered.

Separate women and men bathrooms are available. We like the say this house / hostel is quiet like a library. This is alcohol/drug free living with a custodian / manager on-site for security.

House is 15 - 20 min walk to Rosebank commercial area, Avondale markets on Sunday, Unitec Institute of Technology, Avondale rail station and New Lynn shops. Or 20 min to CBD by bus or train.
