We have a single room to rent in Avondale (actually x 2 or x 3 to rent usually). A single is $200 pw. SOme rooms dble so $280 - $300 pw. This rent also includes furniture, small fridge, electricity, free water, free phone, free internet. There are four bathrooms. Cleaner for common areas and bathrooms. Pay only one week bond and one week rent to start (i.e. $400 to move in for a single). House has a total of 24 rooms with others rented already to nice students and working people aged 20 - 50, both females and males. House is 15 - 20 min walk to Unitec Institute of Technology, Avondale rail station, Best Training, Excel School of Performing Arts, Regent Training Centre, New Lynn shops.
